Cauliflower and Caramelized Onion Tart

I never had a cauliflower tart before. I found this recipe on Kathy's blog http://www.bakeawaywithme.com/.
I am desperate to try it. Next time I buy cauliflower I will make this tart. Hmmm it looks so good.
